One of the things I’ve learned through years of HR and leadership consulting is that every organization has two layers of need: the structure that keeps things running and the leaders who give it life. At Gordillo & Co., I come alongside both.
I work with organizations to create clarity and alignment — refining structure, defining roles, and improving communication — so teams can operate smoothly and purposefully. But my work doesn’t stop there. I partner closely with the leaders themselves, providing strategic leadership development and emotional intelligence coaching that strengthens their ability to lead with clarity, composure, and compassion.
Healthy leadership flows into healthy teams. That’s why I also help address the human side of the workplace — guiding organizations through complex employee relations issues with fairness, transparency, and care. My goal is always to support both the mission and the people behind it.
