About Us

ClearFrequency.ai trains South Florida workforces, and the managers who lead them, to use AI productively and safely.
Most companies are living the same story: employees quietly using ChatGPT on the job with no guidance on what customer data can never go into it, managers improvising answers to "can I use AI for this?", and no one measuring anything. ClearFrequency turns that risk into a capability.
We deliver three in-person programs, all designed and facilitated by founder Ann Kelly, M.S.: a hands-on half-day AI workshop for frontline teams (practical prompting, data safety, verification habits); AI at Work: The Manager's Playbook, where managers draft a real team AI policy, build an ROI case, and leave with nine working tools; and a two-hour Simulation Lab where AI plays the angry customer, the fraud caller, and the customer armed with AI misinformation, so teams practice hard conversations before they happen. Every session includes pre/post assessment, reported to your leadership in writing.
Ann holds two master's degrees in education (Instructional Design and Distance Education) and built her career making systems stick, including guiding an HVAC company through a merger that hit its five-year financial goals in two years.
